Research and Professional Experience

I am interested in Multilevel (hierarchical) Bayesian Inference, MCMC, Longitudinal Modeling, Nonparametric regression, Smoothing, and Measurement Error Methodology. My work is inspired by and applied to biomedical and epidemiological studies.

My scientific interests include, but are not limited to, studies of: kidney and heart disease in large epidemiological cohorts, sleep, disease mapping/spatial inference, environmental epidemiology, and cortical function.
