Research and Professional Experience

My work centers on development of frameworks for describing and analyzing issues related to the roles, organization, and functions of public programs serving women and children. These frameworks address a range of issues, including governmental accountability, financing, quality of care, inter-relationships in a continuum of public-private sector services and activities at the community, state, and national levels. These frameworks provide the base for development of policy documents, measurement tools and educational materials designed for use by local, state and federal MCH programs.
