Research and Professional Experience

Extensive experience helping organizations change and individuals grow, using my skills as an organizational development practitioner, manager, applied researcher, and educator. Areas of expertise include: facilitation of change in large systems, promoting workplace diversity, conflict resolution through mediation and conciliation, team development, planning and program development, leadership and management development, survey research.
